Mayur, a 15-year-old boy with Autism, struggled with organisation and time management, which led to academic performance below his potential. His family was becoming increasingly anxious about his upcoming exams.
Using a coaching approach, I worked with Mayur to listen to his concerns and gently encouraged him to explore alternative strategies.
I helped him break down tasks into manageable chunks, created a study schedule, and assisted in developing a day-to-day planning system. Additionally, I provided his parents with advice on reasonable adjustments they could request at school to support him.
I also helped Mayur address procrastination and develop strategies to enhance his focus while considering his auditory learning style, introducing AI study techniques to enhance his study schedule.
Outcome:
Mayur successfully developed a detailed study plan and a to-do list, significantly improving his ability to manage his time, focus on tasks, and prepare for his exams.
