About Anne Robertson

At Anne Robertson Coaching, I provide expert coaching to individuals and families navigating neurodiversity. Whether you’re an adult looking for personal development, a teenager figuring things out, or a parent supporting a neurodiverse child, I am here to help you unlock your potential and lead a fulfilling life. With over 40 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals, including personal experience as a mother of three neurodiverse young adults, I offer a unique and empathetic approach to coaching.

How I Can Help You

Support for All Ages – I work with neurodiverse people of all ages, helping them feel more confident, independent, and in control of their lives.

I offer general support for all ages with:

  • Organisation & Time Management – Strategies for getting things done without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Managing Sensory Sensitivities – Understanding how sensory issues affect daily life and ways to handle them.
  • Coping with Stress & Emotions – Finding ways to stay calm, deal with frustration, and build resilience.
  • Speaking Up for Yourself – Learning how to communicate clearly and advocate for what you need at school, work, or in relationships

Workshops & drop in consultancy

I am available and have the skills to work in the following settings

  • Early Years Settings
  • Primary and Secondary Schools Colleges
  • Statutory or voluntary organisations (Boroughs, Councils, Children and Family Centers, Charities and any other services)
  • Any Professional working with Neurodivergent Children
